Welcome to the Buddort Developer Platform—where health data meets innovation. Access real-time, privacy-preserving health intelligence through our comprehensive API suite, designed for developers building the next generation of healthcare applications, research tools, and public health solutions.

Advantages
Why Build with Buddort?
Buddort’s developer platform provides secure, tiered access to the MyHealthNote Ecosystem’s global health data through HL7® FHIR®-compliant APIs. Whether you’re creating clinical dashboards, research analytics tools, or public health monitoring systems, our APIs deliver structured, real-time health intelligence while maintaining strict ethical governance and privacy protection.
- FHIR-native architecture – Industry-standard healthcare interoperability
- Real-time data streams – Continuously updated health metrics
- Three-tier access model – Scalable permissions from global aggregates to patient-authorized data
- Automated statistical analysis – Built-in p-value calculation and comparative analytics
- Enterprise-ready – High availability, comprehensive documentation, and developer support
Tiered Access Framework
Our API follows the GoBollard Ladder governance model, ensuring appropriate data access based on verification and consent levels:

Basic Tier
This tier provides high-level, non-identifiable data suitable for exploratory analysis and early-stage research without exposing sensitive information.
- Access level: Global aggregated data
- Use cases: Trend analysis, hypothesis generation
- Authentication: API key

Enhanced Tier
This tier enables more granular analysis while maintaining safeguards through stronger authentication and verification requirements.
- Access level: Local and regional statistics
- Use cases: Jurisdictional comparison, public health research
- Authentication: OAuth 2.0 + Verification

Patient-Authorized Tier
This tier supports patient-centric use cases and requires the highest level of authorization to ensure privacy, consent, and regulatory compliance.
- Access level: Individual-level data
- Use cases: Personalized health applications, care coordination, case-report studies
- Authentication: OAuth 2.0 + Verification + Patient Consent
Ready to Start Building?
To begin, register a Public Health or Global Health account through Epistatearch, our medical ethics governing body. After approval, create an application client and generate an OAuth 2.0 access token.
Then, visit the API Portal to review the API and webhook documentation. Once configured, you can begin integrating.
